FEEDBACK: A term referring to autocatalytic relationship between two variables in which a change in A causes a change in B which then causes further change in A: For example, through the laws of supply and demand, a growth in the production of food causes food prices to decline: As food prices decline, more children survive (or are conceived) thus causing a rise in the level of population, this rise in population, in turn, causes a rise in food prices and, consequently, and intensification of food production, which causes…
