Definition of negócio

 

Negócio - entende-se por negócio um empreendimento que visa lucro, no qual os riscos, após análise prévia, foram considerados suportáveis e proporcionais ao esforço necessário, aos recursos investidos e ao retorno esperado. Em gestão da qualidade, um negócio é um conjunto de processos (meios) destinados a gerar produtos (fins ou saídas) sob a forma de bens e/ou serviços, de forma a atender às necessidades dos clientes da organização (internos e/ou externos).
