Definition of sackur
Sackur-Tetrode equation* - An equation for the molar entropy Sm of an ideal monatomic gas: Sm = Rln(e5/2 V/NAA3), where R is the molar gas constant, V is the volume, and NA is Avogadro's number. The constant A is given by A = h/(2nmkT)1/2, where h is Planck's constant, m the atomic mass, k the Boltzmann constant, and T the temperature.
